Your card may be blocked for your protection if transaction activity appears to be suspicious or does not follow your usual transaction patterns (for example, there is an out-of-state hotel charge).

  • Call the Member Service Center at (505) 455-5228 or (877) 818-DNCU to have the block cleared, or
  • Come into a branch and see a Service Advisor.
  • Note: If you plan to be traveling out of state or out of the country, notify us of your plans so that you can travel worry-free.
