As part of the program, teens learn the essentials of personal financial management in a half-day seminar (parents are required to attend). Upon completion of the seminar, teens are eligible for our DNCU Score! credit card, co-signed by a parent/guardian, which will help them start building healthy credit histories right now. Additional benefits of the program include: .25% dividend earnings on savings accounts and a subscription to Brass Magazine, the money magazine for teens.

If you would like to enroll your teen in the program, visit your local branch and open a Score! account for him or her. Make sure to bring a birth certificate and social security card for new account holders. If you have questions please call (505) 455-5361.

Should you leave your 401(k) behind if you retire or change jobs?

Planning for retirement can be confusing and stressful, especially when you experience life events that could alter the plan you already have in place. Retiring or changing jobs may leave you wondering what to do with the money in your current investment plan. Taxes, inflation, and the threat of dwindling Social Security benefits may add to your concerns and can have a significant impact on your retirement. This class is intended to help you understand the options available as you move into the next stage of your life and make choices that are suitable for your financial future.

Tuesday, March 23rd - Pojoaque Office 6 -7 p.m.
Tuesday, April 20th - Cerrillos branch from 12 – 1 p.m. (light lunch provided)
