PROPERTY INFORMATION

Purchase

• Signed and dated purchase agreement
• Multiple listing form
• Copy of cleared earnest money check

Refinance

• A copy of your warranty deed or owner's title policy
• A copy of your Survey, if less than 10 years old
• A copy of your most recent property tax bill
• A copy of the declarations page of your homeowner's insurance policy showing your coverage and premium

INCOME VERIFICATION

If a W2 Employee

• W-2 forms for the previous 2 years
• Copy of most recent pay stub(s) for one month

If Self-Employed

• 2 years tax returns for the past 2 years, including personal, partnership and corporate if applicable and all schedules
• Signed profit and loss statement

Other Source(s) of Income

• Social Security Award Letter
• If Retired, evidence of income
• If rental income

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

• Copy of bank statements, including savings, checking and investment accounts
• Statements of all account(s) to be paid off
• A copy or your Final Divorce Decree/Settlement Statement
• List of all real estate owned, including addresses
