Credit or Debit Card is Blocked
Your card may be blocked for your protection if transaction activity appears to be suspicious or does not follow your usual transaction patterns (for example, there is an out-of-state hotel charge).
- Call the Member Service Center at (505) 455-5228 or (877) 818-DNCU to have the block cleared, or
- Come into a branch and see a Service Advisor.
- Note: If you plan to be traveling out of state or out of the country, notify us of your plans so that you can travel worry-free.
